How should I enter the date?

Dates need to be in European format, and you need to enter the year. Examples : 15 Jun 00, 15/6/2000, 15-6-00, 15 June 2000.

The town where we're performing isn't listed. What do I do?

Please choose from the list the town nearest to your concert venue. In the venue field, you can enter full details. When people look for concerts, they can use the nearest town field to narrow down their search.

What do I enter in the performers field?

Use the performers field to mention performers other than the conductor. We recommend you follow the following format : Soprano : Flora Foster Jenkins, etc.

What's the difference between title and programme?

In Title, enter the name of your concert, or the main work you're performing. If your concert consists of several pieces, you can give details in the programme field.
