ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF MUSIC / ORGANIST REQUIRED IN NEWBURY

Come and help lead worship in a lively church which embraces a wide range of musical styles - from Thomas Attwood to Darlene Zschech.
Following the retirement of David Reynolds as Organist, St Nicolas Church is keen to appoint an Assistant Director of Music to work with our Director of Music, Sarah Cope, in leading and developing the musical side of our church's life.
Ideally, the person appointed will be:
1) an organist who will play for one morning service each week, together with other major services as required, and
2) someone who is able to help direct our RSCM-affiliated choir and lead our informal worship teams.
If necessary, we anticipate that these roles could be split between two people.
