All Saints Choir is a traditional robed choir consisting of about 24 children and teenagers who supply the soprano line, and 15 adults for the three lower parts. There is an assistant organist in post to help with practices and services.
The basic weekly routine is a Friday practice and a Sunday Sung Eucharist with a practice beforehand. The choir also sings at major weekday festivals throughout the year, and extra practices may be arranged for these.
The salary is a generous one on the RSCM professional scale.
The youngest probationers are aged about 7 or 8, and have a shortened practice at the beginning of the Friday session.
Because of the composition of the choir, the post is subject to an enhanced CRB check.
