Charvil Girls' Choir started in September 2007 and already has 40 members between the ages of 11 and 19. The choir have taken part in a concert with Laurie Holloway and a concert at the Hexagon, Reading as guests of a band from Belarus. In March the choir took part in the regional heats of the National Fesival of Music for Youth and will soon be taking part in the BBC Radio 3 Choir of the Year COmpetition. A tgroup from the choir are also taking part in the International Choir Festival of Bangor. The choir rehearse a wide variety of music.
