This is our most asked "Frequently asked question"!

When you became a member of the site, you chose a user name and password. You need to enter these again to log in. When you signed up, we sent you an email which contains your user name and password.

If you're taking over your choir's account on gerontius from someone else, ask them to send the user name and password. You also need to update your account email address in the member area. See the help item in this section.

Remember that user names are lower case.
Passwords are CaSe SeNsItIvE.

If this doesn't work, you can try getting a new password. You need to enter the email address you entered when you joined gerontius. If we find your email address on file, we'll send you a new password.

If none of this works, send us an email and we'll sort things out for you.
