New modern choirs starting in Woking and Guildford

Two new exciting choirs are starting in Guildford and Woking in September, called Remix Voices. The choirs will be singing the best of easy listening and popular songs, arranged in a three-part harmony style, and all songs will be accompanied by a full backing. They will be singing songs from The Beatles, Abba, Fleetwood Mac, and many other popular songs, all arranged for Remix Voices. There will be no auditions and the choirs will appeal to people who love singing but have not sung in a choir before and are perhaps a little intimidated about joining an already established larger choir. They will also suit people who have sung in the past but are out of practice, plus those who are very musical but have little time to practice in between rehearsals.
To try out these new choirs come along to a Taster evening. The one for the Guildford choir is on Wednesday, 2 September, at 7.45 pm at The Methodist Church, Woodbridge Road, Guildford, and the one for the Woking choir is on Thursday, 3 September, at 7.45 pm at Goldsworth Primary School, Bridge Barn Lane, Woking.
