Choir wanted for wedding

I am looking for a male voice choir for my wedding in Macclesfield on 12th September 2010. We would like a mixture of hymns and more modern songs (I would particularly like Bridge over troubled water). To sing during our ceremony and as guests are waiting for the reception to start. We are happy to pay/donate. Please contact me 07736833745 if you can help, thank you, Nicky Hartigan

Re: [nickyhartigan] Choir wanted for wedding

Not a male voice choir, but the Cheshire Consort is an offshoot of the St George's Singers, based in Poynton, and they were specifically set up to sing at weddings.

You can find out more at our web site:

Re: [nickyhartigan] Choir wanted for wedding

Nicky,
I hope the wedding plans are going well!
I can offer a number of recommendations for MVCs local to you, but I wonder is there a particular reason for this genre?
I can offer a mixed ladies and gents ensemble who can prepare a varied programme, including Bridge Over Troubled Water, as well as a variety of classical, operatic, Broadway and popular repertoire.
If this is of interest to you, please let me know on nathan,truesdale@gmail.com or 07928 103 712.

Happy wedding planning!
