Bursaries available for advanced course in Worcester Cathedral

For the last five years, The Liturgical Music Courses has been running mixed-ability singing weeks in cathedrals across the UK.

From 23rd - 28th August, the LMC will be hosting a course based in Worcester Cathedral for a small number of advanced singers. The course will include tuition from Alistair Dixon (Chapelle du Roi, Signum Records), Richard Smith (Director of the Liturgical Music Courses) and renowned voice coach Graham Wili. We will be singing a number of services in the Cathedral. Repertoire will include the Parsons eight-part Evening Canticles, works by Edward Bairstow and North European cantatas by composers of the generation before J.S.Bach.

The usual course fees are £245, but a limited number of full- and half- bursaries are available to students in full time education. For more information and to apply, please email director@liturgicalmusic.co.uk
