Liverpool Philharmonic Youth & Training Choirs require Musicianship Tutor

The Liverpool Philharmonic Youth & Training Choirs are seeking a tutor to deliver musicianship classes based on the Kodaly principles to their Melody Makers and Training Choirs. The tutor is required to lead weekly classes and support PGCE music students to assist with the classes. The choir members, who number 40 in total and range in age from 7 – 12 years, are working through the National Youth Choir of Scotland’s Going for Bronze book.

A sound knowledge of Kodaly principles and choral singing is essential.
