Links in emails from forum

Dear Gerontius,

Yesterday I posted details of a workshop on the Gerontius Notice Board - thanks for making this available! My post includes links to the Orlando Chamber Choir website and to Google Maps.

After my posting one of the other members of Orlando Chamber Choir received an automated e-mail from forum@gerontius.org.uk with details of the new event. The text in that message was the same as the one I posted on the Notice Board, but the links don't work. They look like "Prima le Parole" (where "Prima le Parole" was the text of the original link) which suggests that the software generating automated e-mails from the forum recognizes the colour of the link (#0000ff) but not the link itself.

Could you please let me know if I did something wrong when adding the links on the Notice Board? And is there a way in which I can avoid the "" tags in the automated e-mails generated from the Notice Board?

Many thanks for your help and best regards,

Niels
