Can anyone give any suggestions for any choral works that Sherwood Choral Society could tackle next? We number 24, an aging choir(e.g 3 members in their 80s), with inexperienced basses who are new to music- reading.
Recently we have sung Faure' Requiem, Vivaldi Gloria. and Vaughan Williams Donna Nobis Pachem (with another larger choir)
We would not be averse to tackling something more modern, as we do have part song, folk song, madrigal, and swing in our repertoire.
