Advice on troublesome members

Hi Folks
This is my first post. Our choir committee is revisiting its constitution and is needing to consider some diplomatic form of words about expected standards of behaviour (a code of conduct perhaps?) and options if those standards are breached. I wonder if any other choirs have something in their constitution/rules about this.
Would anyone be willing to share their experiences? Any advice would be very welcome.
