Sorry, I don't know it. All I can say is that it is sung in Welsh, but you probably knew that already. It seems very dramatic. My wife tells me the words at the beginning are something like "The darkness is rising".

Yes, perhaps I should have mentioned, it is a recording of an unidentified Rhondda Valley area choir, from the 1940s - not that that helps much.

I have had one suggestion - that it is an adaptation of Schubert's Der Erlkonig in Welsh. Hmm

I am still hopeful that it can be cracked.
