Advent Music Festival 4 - 6 December 2009
International festival of choirs and orchestras in Prague (Czechia)
PRAGUE - one of the most beautiful European cities.
Whether you want to follow the footsteps of Mozart or discover the mystery of Czech beer, we will try to unveil different sides of the city located on the river Vltava before you. Now you have the opportunity to visit the famous Prague castle, St Vitus Cathedral, Charles Bridge or the Golden Street and more, as you wish. Amidst these delightful places, in this festively adorned Golden City, you will also be able to take part in an unusual tourist and musical event for amateur choirs and orchestras.
Condition of participation:
- performance of program with advent music 30-45 min.
- minimum 25 persons (incl. participants and attendants)
Proposal for the travel course:
1st day: arrival, meeting of the conductors, overnight in the hotel
2nd day: breakfast, a trip, rehearsal, festival concert, overnight
3rd day: breakfast, a trip, departure
it's possible to prolong the stay
Offers:
- Participation in the festival concert
- Participation certificate
- Accommodation incl. breakfast at hotel in Prague
- a guided Advent excursion through the snowy streets of Prague
- visiting the famous Prague Christmas fair
- a Christmas cruise around the Old Town with Christmas poppyseed loaf,
coffee and carols (the ship is heated)
