Seeking rehearsal space in London

We are 'London City Singers' a womens barbershop chorus, and at the moment rehearse in an office basement.
We are looking for some place that has good acoustics, or at least better than a carpeted basement, and somewhere where to store our risers. Preferably in Central London.
We are a relatively new chorus, so a free space would be ideal.
