invitation for choirs to join a choir evening

Dear choir leaders,
I am organising a choir evening in Brighton on 6 or 7 January. Both my Russian and Jewish choirs will come and sing for each other but we'd be delighted to have another 1-2 groups sharing the event with us.
This is a great motivation for my community choirs as they don't perform very often, also it is a good way of attracting new members. Tea and coffee will be provided. Also, there will be stalls with Russian clothes and shawls.
I will be paying for the venue out of my own pocket; performing choir members, of course, come and sing for free (bring cakes and songs to share) but any friends and family (basically, our audience) will pay �5.
