Vocality’s choirs are running in several locations in London and Surrey and welcome anyone who loves to sing – men and women alike.
The fun and friendly choirs are led by experienced musical directors and are suitable for singers of all abilities. We sing and perform an unusual repertoire of beautiful songs from around the world, including traditional folk, spiritual, pop, gospel and ethnic tunes, from as far afield as Eastern Europe and Africa as well as the home nations.
There are no auditions, we learn by ear (a great brain work-out!) and it doesn’t matter if your voice is a little rusty. It’s all about the fantastic feeling of singing in harmony with a bunch of like-minded others. And if you’re having a bad week, it’s just the ticket - you'll go away feeling uplifted and energised.
You can find us singing and socialising in the City, Bloomsbury, Willesden, Clapham, Richmond and Claygate. We’re opening in Epsom & Ewell in May 2011. Come and try us out - your first session is on the house!
