On Saturday 14 May, Voicelab, Southbank Centre’s vocal initiative, is staging Massive Messiah, conducted by Harry Christophers and featuring top soloists and The Sixteen. We are searching for up to 750 singers from across the country to join in this extraordinary event in which you will sing several of the key moments of the piece.
Harry Christophers Needs you!
Open to individuals and choirs who love and already know this work, there is also the opportunity (though not compulsory) to join a small number of prior rehearsals in London starting on Saturday 16 April, led by Voicelab Director Mary King.
To register your interest please email firstname.lastname@example.org by 4th April, telling us your voice type (soprano, alto, tenor, bass). To apply as a choir please send a single email detailing the number of singers wanting to take part by voice type. We will let you know if you have been successful, following which a £10 per person fee will need to be paid, and full project information given out.
