The extremely talented harmony singing group Sisters Unlimited are coming to Liverpool to run a series of workshops, and to perform at an evening concert. It struck me that if a number of choirs managed to send a contingent along that there would be an ideal time between the workshops and the main concert for choirs to perform at a choirs’ concert. Here are the details: Saturday 14th April 2012, St Bride's Church, Percy Street/Catherine Street, Liverpool 8 Provisional timetable (subject to change) • Afternoon, 2pm - 4.30 pm, harmony workshop, dance workshop, history of women's song workshop. • 4.30 - 6.30pm a chance to eat and chat, and participate in o A choirs' concert where choirs who attend the event will sing for each other and the audience who attend; o or a sing around where people staying for the evening entertain each other; o And a short ceilidh. • 7pm - 10pm concert: with Sisters Unlimited & support Prices: Afternoon workshops - ticket for workshops £10. Some workshops may run at the same time. Evening concert: £10. Joint ticket for the workshops and evening concert: £15 more information at Kathryn.Runswick@btinternet.com http://www.radicalliverpool.com/Big_Song_and_Dance.html let me know if you are interested so I can start the organisation of a choir concert in double quick time
