The Brighton & Hove Russian choir is inviting new members to join us this season. http://russianchoir.wordpress.com/
The choir promotes Russian harmony singing and traditional Russian repertoire: lyrical and epic songs, ritual calendar music for pagan holidays,wedding songs and weeping songs, Russian Orthodox church music, classical XIX century romance and Russian classical pieces.
Our season starts in September so now is good time to come and try. First session is £5, no commitment. Please have a look at our videos and more information on our web site. We are a very friendly an welcoming group, come and try it any Monday. ashkenazim@mail.ru
