Come and Sing - Handel's Messiah - LONDON

St. Mary's Parish Church, Battersea, SW11 3NA, invites singers to 'come and sing', with orchestra, a selection of 6 movements from Handel's Messiah in an Evening of Words and Music on 16th December at 6:30pm. There will also be soloists singing a selection of arias and recitatives.
Conducted by Tyrone Whiting and Joseph Ashmore.
This will be a great chance to sing some brilliant music in a friendly atmosphere. Practice scores and audio are available if needed.
Attached is a poster for the event to share with friend and other potential singers!
Singers are invited to Wednesday rehearsals (8:00pm-8:45pm) with the Choir of St. Mary's starting on Wednesday 21st November. There will also be an afternoon workshop with Sarah MacDonald of Selwyn College, Cambridge on Saturday 8th December.
