Come and experience Russian landscape through singing with a 'native' Russian teacher.Music lovers of all backgrounds and singing levels are invited, no experience in singing or any languages is necessary, open to all.

NOVEMBER 30TH, Saturday 3- 6 pm at

The Russian harmonies workshops cover ritual calendar songs for pagan holidays, sibylline song, circle dances, wedding songs and weeping songs all with correct attention to history, cultural context and style.

Born in Siberia, Polina Skovoroda-Shepherd started her musical training as a child around the family table. Whilst living in Russia and studying at the State Academy, Polina toured the dark Soviet theatres, performed to Boris Yeltsin and to the World in 1998-2002. Now living in Britain and with over 20 years of professional experience, Polina leads several choirs and continues to tour internationally.http://www.polinashepherd.co.uk
