Auditions for new London chamber choir

Khoros, a young, ambitious chamber choir directed by Patrick Allies, is holding auditions for all voice parts. The choir rehearses on two Sunday evenings per month (during term time) at St Anselm's Kennington, 6-8pm. Plans for the 2014-15 season include: Evensong at Southwark and St Paul's Cathedral; London concerts of specially-commissioned music; a weekend tour to Paris.
There are a maximum of 30 places in the choir. Auditions will take place on Sunday May 18th and Sunday June 1st at St Anselm's Kennington (SE11 5DU), from 2pm-6pm. To book an audition (which will last 10 minutes) please email Patrick (patrickallies21@hotmail.com) stating your voice type and preferred audition time and date, e.g. Alto, Sunday June 1st, 3-4pm. For the audition please prepare a song or aria and provide a copy for the accompanist. There will also be a sight-reading test.
