COME & SING FAURE REQUEIM & CANTIQUE DE JEAN RACINE with professional orchestra & soloists Can't Post

A fantastic opportunity is being offered to all Singers and Choirs by The Sing Network - WWW.THESINGNETWORK.ORG

On Saturday, 7th February 2015 The Sing Network will be holding a workshop in Nottingham, led by choral expert and internationally-recognised conductor, Matthew Hopkins. This will then be followed by a performance in the wonderful Albert Hall, Nottingham on Sunday, 8th February 2015, accompanied by the professional Midlands Festival Orchestra.

The Sing Network exists to give large-scale performance opportunities to both singers and choirs that may not have the funds or the large membership to stage such events, and this is a great opportunity to sing two fabulous pieces of music alongside a professional orchestra and soloists.

This event is open to all singers and choirs and a minimal cost of £20 per person is requested to take part in this event. This cost covers the workshop (including light refreshments), the performance opportunity and the music hire for the weekend.

There are several ways that choirs can approach this cost:

1: Ask your members to individually pay for the opportunity.

2: Your choir could subsidise the cost, so each member only pays part of the fee.

3: Your choir pays for each member (E.g. 30 members = £600).

As we are sure you will agree, this a very small cost for such a wonderful opportunity.
