Singing Day with the Lea Singers of Harpenden - Mozart Requiem Saturday 21st February

The Lea Singers is a long established chamber choir in Harpenden, Herts with an excellent reputation going back more than 50 years. See www.leasingers.co.uk for more details.

All singers are invited to join the choir under their conductor Benjamin Goodson http://benjamingoodson.com/bio/on Saturday 21st February from 10:30 to 17:00 to sing and explore the Mozart Requiem, and give a run through performance at the end of the day. James Longford will be the accompanist together with contributions from guest soloists.

If you love choral singing, used to sing in a choir but are a bit rusty, or want to find out what it’s like to sing one of greatest works in the choral repertoire, come along. Singing days are relaxed, sociable and fun.

The singing day will take place in the Assembly Hall at St George’s School, Sun Lane, Harpenden, AL5 4TD - Harpenden is only 25 minutes on the train from London and the school is just 10 minutes easy walk from the train station.

Singing day tickets are £15, inclusive of morning coffee, afternoon tea and score hire. Please bring a packed lunch. The Singing Day booking form is attached but if you would like to know more please Email George Darley on richard_darley@hotmail.com or Tel 01707-377029 or 07766-238416
