Bach and beyond - join our Leeds chamber choir in 2016!

The Leeds Guild of Singers is currently recruiting new members in all voice groups, but especially Tenors & Basses.
OUR 2015/16 PROGRAMME IS CENTRED AROUND THE 6 BACH MOTETS, with accompanying music that inspired Bach or was inspired by his work.
We are a long-established, friendly chamber choir of about 30 members, which performs a wide and adventurous repertoire of music – mainly classical, some light, mostly unaccompanied (SATB). We rehearse at Leeds University Music Department (LS2 9JT) on Tuesday evenings, 7.30 to 9.30, to prepare for around 8 concerts per year.
We welcome singers of all ages with flexible voices, preferably with good sight-reading ability. Come and sing with us for a few rehearsals before taking an informal audition.
