Paul Phoenix, founder of Paul Phoenix - Purple Vocals and former Grammy-winning tenor in the King's Singers is delighted to announce a Pop-Up Studio in Thirsk Library on the afternoon and evening of Wednesday April 27th.

Paul is offering coaching sessions to singers, groups and choirs of all ages and abilities. If you're a soloist, an ensemble singer or you're looking for some mentoring.... If you'd like some help with your technique, your public engagement and performance, or you're simply looking for a fun coaching session, then why not book now?

Paul is offering 40-minute sessions to individuals, groups, ensembles and choirs in Thirsk Public Library. Bring some music along and work on it with Paul, who will share his vast knowledge and experience with you!

The fees per 40-minute session are:
Individuals £50.00 (An accompanist is available upon request for an additional fee or you may bring your own)
Small groups: (8 or less): £80.00
Choirs: £100.00

Paul Phoenix:

Paul's long career in the music business spans five decades, from Ivor Novello Award-winning Chorister at St. Paul's Cathedral in London, through seventeen years and a Grammy Award as tenor in the world-renowned a cappella group, The King's Singers, with whom he performed more than 2000 concerts, to founder of PurpleVocals, a coaching consultancy which draws upon his vast experience as a singer and performer. His work not only as a speaker, coach and mentor, but also as a soloist continues to take him all around the world as he shares his passion for singing and choral music. His coaching specialises in encouraging audience engagement and confidence-building with soloists, conductors, choirs and ensembles.

He lives in Cambridge with his wife, Helena and two sons.
