The Cecilian Singers are currently recruiting 1st and 2nd tenors and a 2nd Bass.
We are one of the leading chamber choirs in the East Midlands conducted by Jeremy Jackman, ex Kings Singer and much respected conductor, composer and arranger. We perform a wide and adventurous repertoire of music – mainly classical, some light and mostly unaccompanied. Our rehearsals (on the north side of Leicester) are dictated by our concert dates; those with our Music Director are usually held on a Saturday and those with our Assistant Music Director on intervening Sunday evenings.
With a busy concert schedule and an overseas tour planned for 2017, we welcome singers to contact us to apply for an informal audition.
