We are recruiting – all voices welcome!
Veda Slovena Bulgarian Choir is a London based mixed-voice choir specialising in traditional Bulgarian sacred and secular vocal music.
Established in early 2013, the group went on to become Choir of the Day in the Open category of the Croydon audition round of Choir of the Year 2014 and has performed extensively. The choir is led by Eugenia Georgieva, a Bulgarian-born singer who performs and records internationally.
Sight-reading skills, knowledge of the language or previous experience of singing Bulgarian music are not required. Rehearsals on Wednesdays, 19.15-21.00, at University College London WC1H (nearest stations Euston/ Russell Square).
