Tim Knight wrote ‘Benedicite’ as a large-scale piece for choir and organ. The vocal writing is not difficult and it is in a cheerful style, as befits the words of this text. Therefore, it is a useful addition to any repertoire, from liturgical use to a concert opener and, at 9 minutes long, it is also an excellent concert filler. The piece premiered and has been performed in a variety of venues both in the UK and the USA so is proven to have wide appeal. As one of the composer's most cherished works, he would willingly present a pre-concert talk if required.
100 hire scores of cherished Benedicite available (offered free in return for a quality recording)
The cost of hire is only £1.00 per copy, per 90-day period, with free delivery to you (you are responsible for the cost of the return to Tim Knight Music and other standard terms and conditions apply).
Rehearsal files are available on the John Fletcher Music website (www.johnfletchermusic.org) to paid-up subscribers.
