Basses for Orthodox music and more, Slavic Voices choir Can't Post

My choir opened in September 2023 and we are going strong (London and Brighton, 70 people altogether). The London choir is doing great but we really need more basses for pieces like Tchaikovsky liturgy and other Orthodox music. We are a non auditioned choir.

Slavic Voices sing music of all styles from the Slavic world: Orthodox chants, beautiful classics by Rachmaninov, Tchaikovsky and others, refined XVIII-XIX-centuries Art songs and gritty folklore from the far corners of Siberia to the banks of the Black Sea. The repertoire is sung mainly in Russian but also in Macedonian, Ukrainian, Croatian, occasionally in Bulgarian, Polish, Czech, and adding a guest visit by a song in Yiddish or Georgian.

We have two concerts planned in the summer and would love to have more singers joining us permanently or just for these two.
On this web page, you'll see our future concert dates, more about the choir and a Youtube playlist with a few of our songs - this will give an idea of what we do.
Come. Taster free.
