Villa-Lobos choral music

How many people have sung anything by the Brazilian composer Hector Villa-Lobos? Be honest now. I can strongly recommend 4 short pieces I sang recently : Panis Angelicus, Pater Noster, Praesepe, and Ave Maria. Panis Angelicus, Pater Noster and Ave Maria are for satb (with occasional divided parts) and would suit a church or cathedral choir for liturgical use. Ave Maria is in Portuguese and the others are in Latin. Praesepe is a Portuguese cradle song for contralto solo and choral accompaniment. It has a hauntingly beautiful melody and would be a good piece to do in a christmas service (the theme of the poem is similar to that of Warlock's Bethlehem Down). It would also make a superb concert encore. Can anyone recommend anything else? Tim gerontius http://www.gerontius.net
